BlackStack Software Solutions offers a range of software development services, which include but are not limited to application development, website development, mobile app development, software consulting, and maintenance services. Details of these services can be found on our website or can be provided upon request.
User Responsibility:
By utilizing the services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these terms, and to abide by and comply with these terms.
Payments:
All payments for services rendered by BlackStack Software Solutions are due as stated in individual service agreements. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in the service agreement. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. BlackStack Software Solutions does not store any payment information on its servers.
Ownership:
Upon final payment, ownership of all created software and related code will be transferred to the client. Any third-party components used will be subject to their respective licenses. We reserve the right to use representations of the final product for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality:
BlackStack Software Solutions agrees to keep all client details and project information confidential unless otherwise requested by the client.
Intellectual Property:
All services provided by BlackStack Software Solutions may not be resold or otherwise transferred without the explicit permission of the Company.
Limitation of Liability:
BlackStack Software Solutions' liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Services.
